Philosophy |
“I believe in Positive Healthy Lifestyles that promote general overall health and happiness” I grew up as an athlete and continue to participate rather than watch activities. Moving is the key to success. Stay and become active, to get and remain active. This type of attitude leads ultimately to healthier and happier lifestyle. Do the things needed to help your body, not hurt it…. as you strive to reach your ultimate goal. “Motivating others to take positive action.” To be successful at anything you must have a goal. Easily said, but the reality is the goal must be realistic based on your personal ability to get there. What is your starting point? This determines the next series of goals, leading to the ultimate success, your “Dream Goal!” You will do the work and I will be there to make sure it happens. |
