This seminar is designed as on open idea session. After raising
two boys and being associated with multiple set parents and
children, several very good ideas have been shared. I want to
share these ideas with you to make you life easier and more fun.
Raising children should be a joy and not a chore. Yes it takes
some time and love but we should not make it harder then it has
to be. This is about creative parenting and good options for
tough situations.
Rule of 18
The Rule of 18 is a very simple straight forward concept. Your child will become
18 and when they do the law treats them as a full adult. They can fight for our
country and go to war. They can vote for the Government leaders and the President
of the United States. The real key is they probably do not live at home. They are
either off to college, working or living at home until they find a place or afford
a place off their own. So as a parent teach them how to make 100% of their decisions
on their own. In this seminar we will share the details and stories of how to make
this work. What does this mean for you? What does this mean for your child? What
decisions do you have to make? These are just a few of the questions we will be
covering.
The Token System
The Token system was created after one of those special moments when I just finished
scolding my child again. As a sales manager and executive it is important to motivate
your team. Ken Blancherd author of
The One Minute Manager
outlined the advantagous of leadership based on positive motivation. This
course provides a method for using positive motivation that is effective.
Top 100 things your child should know before for leaving home
The title alone tells all in this case. I have developed a list of key things your
child should know before leaving home. Some you know, others you know but have not
done yet, still others you may not thought of. And finally, some things you may
question or disagree with. The key is if you do not teach them, who will? Do you
trust them to teach and explain in the same manor or view point that you have? Or,
are you turning key teaching opportunities over to someone else?

Two (2) hour sessions are $49.00 dollars.
The times are arranged at your convenience or set with another ongoing session.
Sessions are also separated by age groups of 6th grade and under and 7th grade and up.
Be sure to email me with special needs children and we can discuss how these principles apply and which group is best for you.
